Where to find Frightmare
Frightmare: Umberslade can be found near Solihull at the site of Delta Force's Birmingham paintball centre off Cut Throat Lane.
How to buy tickets
Entry is £24 per person, you can buy tickets online here.
Tickets are issued for prebooked 30 minute entry time slots.
If you arrive before or after your prebooked time slot, we cannot guarantee immediate entry.
If you arrive without prebooking then it may be possible for you to buy tickets on entry but we cannot guarantee how long you will have to wait for an available entry time slot.
Accessibility
The minimum age recommended for Frightmare is 16.
Frightmare is set in woodland, no part of the experience is accessible by wheelchair. It is not recommended for anyone with mobility concerns.
Frightmare is a live scare experience involving darkness, confined spaces, sudden scares, and disorientating effects. By entering, you accept that you will be deliberately frightened.
Frightmare is not wheelchair accessible and has no adapted routes for visitors with mobility impairments. The experience involves uneven surfaces, low lighting, tight passageways, and stairs throughout.
Age guidance: Not recommended for under-16s. Frightmare is designed to scare and content may not be suitable for younger or more sensitive visitors. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
This experience is intense and may not be suitable for anyone with heart conditions, breathing difficulties, epilepsy, anxiety-related conditions, or any other condition that could be affected by sudden shocks, strobe lighting, or physical exertion. If you're pregnant or have any relevant health concern, please do not enter.
